not require a computer system or medical billing software.

- Creating new patient accounts from face sheets and copies of insurance cards
- Entering charges and co-payments from your superbills (mailed, delivered, or uploaded to DBS)
- Sending monthly electronic patient statements
- Posting payments received from patient statements
- Filing electronic and hardcopy insurance claims
- Re-filing rejected claims with corrections
- Posting insurance payments from your EOB/remits (mailed or delivered to DBS)
